Information We Process

To provide AI image, video, face-swap, account, and payment services, we may process your account information, sign-in status, purchase records, credit balance, uploaded materials, prompts, generation task status, and generated results.

Uploaded materials and prompts are used to complete the creations you request, show your history, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service safety. Do not upload images, videos, or personal information that you are not authorized to use.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page views, feature clicks, generation task status, and checkout conversion so we can improve the website experience and service reliability.

We do not send prompts, uploaded content, email addresses, or payment details through Google Analytics. Advertising storage remains disabled, including ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.

In regions that require explicit consent, including the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and mainland China, analytics is disabled by default and we ask for your choice on first visit. In regions such as the United States where prior consent is not generally required for basic analytics, analytics is enabled by default, and you can disable it from this page at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics remains disabled.

Public Pages, Search, and AI Crawlers

TensorAI public pages, feature pages, guides, the privacy policy, and llms.txt may be crawled, indexed, summarized, or cited by search engines, AI search services, and other web crawlers to help users discover and understand TensorAI.

These public materials do not include your private creation space, account profile, billing pages, payment pages, uploaded materials, or prompts. Personal workspace and account-related routes are limited through sign-in requirements, noindex directives, or robots crawling rules.

robots.txt expresses crawler preferences only. It is not access control and does not replace authentication or backend permission checks for private content.

Payment Information

Top-ups and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers. TensorAI does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.

We keep the order status, plan information, and credit change records needed to activate benefits, show billing history, support users, and reconcile payments.

Your Choices

You can update analytics preferences on this page. Disabling analytics does not affect sign-in, generation, downloads, top-ups, or account management.

You can also clear this site’s local storage and cookies in your browser settings. Some preferences may need to be selected again after clearing storage.
